You have the right to return your item free of charge within 14 days of receipt if it is:

• ✓Damaged during transportation or shipment

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 7 working days from the date your return is approved.

Return Conditions

• The product is in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
• The package is factory sealed (for returns within 14 days).
• Any gifts or exceptional accessories included with the product are returned as well.
• If you set a password on the device, remove it before returning — otherwise the return cannot be processed.

These conditions apply to products with manufacturing defects within 14 days of purchase, provided they are returned with all inclusions and packaging in their original condition.
